• To plan and implement the curriculum under the guidance of the superior, responsive to children’s needs and aligned to the principles spelt out in the standard framework.
• Create a learner-centred environment where young children can explore, experiment, and interact to learn.
• Participate actively in assessing the needs of the children.
• Team Player to enhance children’s educational experiences.
• Contribute one’s talents and professional expertise.
• Establish good relationships with parents as partners in care and education.
• Role-model professionalism in appearance, speech and action.
• Create a safe learning environment and to provide the best possible care to children under their charge. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education; Preschool Education; or Pre-Elementary and other similar course.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with passion and interest in caring for and developing infants and toddlers
• Comfortable with performing routine care duties for toddlers
• Able to work on shifting schedules
• With computer skills would be an advantage
